Brent Council saves £83,000 (Over 30%) with Lockinex "Vari" Rail roof edge protection guarding.
The Challenge:
Brent Council was looking for high quality and cost-effective roof edge protection for over 40 low-rise residential flats and asked its 'working at height' consultant to specify, supply and install a solution.
The Solution:
After analysing a number of different suppliers Brent Council selected Lockinex's own manufactured VariRaill self-supporting guardrail system. VariRail does not require physical fixing through the roof surface and stability is provided by cantilevered concrete counter balance weights (manufactured by Lockinex in the UK).
